London Club Offer for Seniors: Lunch venue near St James Park

The garden of St Stephens Club The Seniors Association has formed a link with the St Stephen's Club in Westminster, London SWI.

This distinguished club, founded in 1870, was bought by James Wilson and his partner Myra Jauncey in January 2003. Historically the club has had close connections with the Conservative Party, but is now wholly apolitical and welcomes members from both sexes.

Overlooking St. James Park, with its own private garden, St Stephen's is situated in an elegant building at No.34 Queen Anne's Gate - a one minute walk from St James Park underground and ten minutes from both Charing Cross and Victoria main line stations.

The proprietors would like to offer all Wycombe Abbey Seniors the opportunity of lunching at the club with guests on two occasions without the obligation of membership. This will allow you to see the premises and enjoy the excellent cuisine reputed to be amongst the best in clubland.

St Stephen's hope that this will lead to new memberships and also make more people aware of the Club's secondary role as a private venue hosting many functions from dinners of up to 120 to receptions for 250. Smaller reception rooms are also available.

St Stephen's Club will make a meaningful donation to Wycombe Abbey Seniors for every ten former pupils of Wycombe Abbey joining the Club.
